Krishna Prakash Heritage Haveli is an authentic heritage haveli, fondly resorted, in providing a contented oasis for contemporary travelers in their expedition for the fascination of Rajasthan.
The KP Heritage Haveli was built in the year 1902 by Late Shri Lala Ram Chandra Mathur (Superintendent of Police, Marwar State) and later residence of Late Shri Harish Chandra Mathur (Member of Indian Parliament & Home Minister, Marwar State), is the chief treasure chest of such manors with well conserved paintings. The current family carried out the restitution of their inherited home taking concern to hold the uprightness of its novel style. KP Heritage Haveli is now rehabilitated into a Heritage Hotel. It opens doorway to an exclusive experience of the Marwar region by bringing back to life the greatness of old days. The Haveli has been fondly renovated and refurbished while still holding its original disposition it now boasts of all present amenities.
This superb sandstone structure with its impressive but precisely carved exterior and simple yet contented interiors is an authentic heritage structured in a sylvan setting, stands as an oasis of pageantry, hospitality and Marwari fascination. A great deal of efforts has been made to protect the chronological identity and reliability of the haveli in spite of its modernizing environs. It elegantly unifies old fascination with best of modern facilities. Present day amenities are synchronized in such a way so as without disturbing the antiquity of the majestic abode. KP Haveli radiates an aura manifestly its own – bettered by its varied and affluent collection of treasure troves, paintings, etc of yesteryears, all so well preserved by the Mathur family, which still uses a part of the Krishna Prakash Heritage Haveli as its home.
Overlooking the enormous Umaid Bhawan Palace on one side and apparently invincible Mehrangarh Fort on the other, KP Heritage holds the enduring echoes of a long-gone age, like no other place.
